2. TimingsThe vehicle should be returned before 10 a.m. on the returning day.
*Note: We DO NOT follow the 24 hrs system for our service. -
3. Security1 original Photo ID proof will be retained by us for security purpose.
4 Wheeler License is compulsory. -
4. Damage and ChangesIt is advised that all the customers record a video of the vehicle before taking it in their custody.
This is a proof of the state the car is in.The customer will be charged for any accidental damage as per the showroom inspection. -
5. DeliveryWe deliver our rental vehicles at our company location. We can also offer delivery to your chosen location like - hotels, workplaces, stations, or ports with prior notice. For deliveries or returns outside our office locations, an additional fee will be charged to the renter. This charge will be calculated from the rental point ensuring a seamless self drive car experience. Your Mahindra Scorpio N Sunroof is available for pickup at Goa Airport, Railway Stations & certain bus stops.

6. Traffic FinesRenters are accountable for all traffic fines and unauthorized toll charges. If a vehicle is held by traffic authorities. This time will be counted as part of the rental period. We might adjust these terms or swap the reserved vehicle type without prior notice if needed.
