2. Driving License and AgeThe tenant must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driving license (local or international) for group A, B, C, and D vehicles at the time of rental agreement.

3. PricesRental prices include maintenance, insurance against third-party damage (within legal limits), and an 18% VAT surcharge. Fuel is the renter's responsibility. Chauffeur-driven services and translation guides are available on request.

4. PaymentsThe total rental fee is payable upon rental. The minimum rental period is 72 hours. If the rental exceeds this period, additional charges apply. A deposit is required via a valid credit card.

5. DeliveryFree delivery is offered in locations where our rental office is situated. We offer delivery and pickup to other cities, such as hotels, workplaces, stations, or ports, with prior notice. For deliveries outside our office locations, a charge of €0.2 per km will apply, starting from the rental location.

6. Traffic FinesThe customer is responsible for paying all traffic fines, tolls, and illegal parking fees. If the vehicle is detained by authorities, the rental period will be extended accordingly. Our vehicles cannot be taken abroad. We may change vehicle type or conditions without prior notice in certain situations.

7. Damage and ChargesIt is advised that all customers record a video of the vehicle before taking it into custody. This serves as proof of the car's condition. Any accidental damage discovered during the inspection will be charged to the customer according to the showroom's assessment.

8. SecurityFor security purposes, we will retain one original photo ID proof from the renter. A valid 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory for all rentals.

9. TimingVehicles must be returned before 10 a.m. on the return date. Note: We do not follow a 24-hour rental system for our services. Delays beyond the scheduled return time will incur additional charges.
