2. Driving License and AgeOur tenants must be at least 25 years old with a 5 year local or valid international driver’s license for group A, B, C, D vehicles to comply with our rental agreement.

3. PricesRental price includes maintenance & insurance guarantee against third parties with a legal policy limitation. Our fee does not include 18% VAT, however fuel price belongs to the renter. Chauffeur driven service & translator guide will be offered upon request.

4. PaymentsFull payment is needed at the time of renting our car. The shortest rental period is about 72 hours and about one third of the fee will be charged per extra hour. In case of any delays exceeding 3 hours, you will be charged for a full day. Car Rentals in Goa also need a deposit of your valid credit card.

5. DeliveryCar delivery will be given from our company location. We can also provide car delivery in your desired location with prior notice. It can be done in places near hotels, workplaces, stations, airports etc. However, a fee will be charged for your chosen location or if the location is outside our company area.

6. Traffic FinesTraffic fines & toll violations are the customers responsibility. If your rental vehicle is held by the traffic authorities, then that specific time period will be counted as part of our rental period. We might change this rental condition and the specified vehicle type depending upon the availability. Our vehicles cannot be taken abroad.

7. Contract and AnnexesIn addition to the car rental contract to be signed at the time of delivery, a credit card is required from our individual customers. We request our commercial customers to submit their company documents (tax plate, signature slip, ID photocopy).
